4th Annual Spooktacular Ghost Hunting & Costume Contest-2025

The 4th Annual Spooktacular has always been one of our best events with tons of shoppers participation.  This year will be even better!

Location: TN RIVER PARK 4301 AMNICOLA HWY CHATT, TN

VENDORS WILL BE ABLE TO PARK CLOSE TO THEIR TENTS AND CAN ENTER THEIR VEHICLE INTO THE TRUNK OR TREAT CONTEST. 

ALL SET UP AND BREAKDOWN INFORMATION WILL BE EMAILED OUT 2 WEEKS BEFORE.  PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK FOLDERS FOR IT IF YOU DONT SEE IT IN YOUR MAIN EMAIL LIST.  ALSO MAKE SURE TO SAME MY EMAIL IN YOUR CONTACTS SO THAT IT WILL COME THROUGH.  EVENTSWITHKIMK@GMAIL.COM

Vendors: when signing up you will have a choice of doing both days only or doing both days and movie night. Movie night will be held on that Saturday after the show shuts down.  You will be able to leave your booth in the same area.  Those that do not do the movie night will be in a separate section and will need to be shut down and your things secured before leaving. 

Since this is a two day event and we expect you to attend both days, when leaving your tent Saturday night please make sure you do not leave anything of value.  Lower your tent and enclose all 4 sides.  We will have security onsite, but it is your responsibility to make sure your tent is secure. 

Ghost Hunt: 12:00pm- this event will be held just like a Easter egg hunt would be except they will be hunting Ghost

please line up no later than 11:45am and please make sure you have some kind of bag, or bucket to gather those little Ghost

there will be 2 sections so that the little ones don’t get run over.  

Kids: 4-8 & Kids: 9-12 (please no other kids over these age groups)

Costume Contest: 1:00pm

Please be lined up no later than 12:45 to do the Parade of Ghouls 

each participant will “Parade” around the designated area for the judges to see your costume.  This contest is open to everyone. NO age groups. 

Kids, teens, adults young and older, and even your pets are welcome.  

1st/2nd/3rd place winners will be announced hopefully by 1:30-2:00 pm. 

Come dress to impress…you can do it individually or as a group.  Just keep it clean, meaning no over exposed body parts.
