EVENTS HELD AT THE TN RIVER PARK ON AMNICOLA

First the good news is you will be able to park behind your booth unless we need the room then you will be close by. 

Food vendors and special activities vendors will need to have their insurance turned in no later than 3-4 weeks prior to the event to Julie Weathers.  All of you will need to have insurance before signing up. Per the park you will have to be approved by the city attorney.  When getting your insurance and if you plan on doing more than one of the events at the river park, you should add in all the dates you will be attending that way you dont have to keep getting policies. 

These events are mostly 2 day events and I ask that when signing up that you choose the 2 day option.  One day options will be available if you can not do both days 

these events are rain or shine unless there is extreme weather.  Then and only then will we decide on either postponing the event or delaying it. 

All set up information will be sent out the week prior to the event to the email you provide and it will also be posted on our business page.
