2025 6th Annual Sunflower Festival

ALL VENDORS WILL NEED TO FILL OUT THE SIGN UP FORM BEFORE PURCHASING YOU BOOTH   ONCE THAT IS DONE AND SUBMITTED GO AHEAD AND PURCHASE YOUR BOOTH   (If available)  IF IT SAYS SOLD OUT BESIDE THE BOOTH OPTION THEN YOU MISSED OUT  


This event will now be held back over at the Chatt Green next to the aquarium .  This location is an outdoor space in a grassy area.  Each vendor will have their parking paid for and will receive a pass to print off   There is only one permit per booth  if you bring someone to help and they drive their vehicle they will have to pay for their own parking  The parking Gods will have a count of how many permits that will be handed out so just be aware  If you do not have your permit on your dash and get a ticket then it is your responsibility to pay that ticket  ALL VENDORS WILL PARK AND TOTE THIS YEAR   THERE WILL BE NO SIDEWALK DROP OFFS ALLOWED  SO MAKE SURE YOU BRING HELP AND SOMETHING TO TOTE YOUR THINGS   

We have a few ideas for this one for extra activities but are still trying to decide.

Volunteers are always welcome to come and help at each event.  

Rules, set up information and layout will all be done by the sunday before the event.  The layout will not be sent out till the day before because we always get late booth purchases all the way up till then.  All this information will be posted on the main business page , my personal page, and I ask that you like and join each page.

once you sign up your are expected to attend.  No shows have gotten out of hand and it makes my events look bad.  Also no shows with no communication is not good and since I have to communicate with you then you should have the same consideration and let me know you will not be attending,

this is a big deal…..I ask simple things of my vendors and only a few will do this.  To help promote this event and any event you attend I ask that you like, share, follow, each one.  This not only looks good, but it shows that you care about the event.  Just by liking and sharing you up the stats for each event and it will be posted on more timelines other than just mine.  The more it is shared then those that see it will share it and it just keeps growing.  Plus, if you share then your people will see it and they share it.

The advertising that is done for each event will be done for each event in 2025.

BANNERS ARE A ISSUE WITH THE CITY BUT I AM GOING TO TRY AND SNEAK SOME IN AROUND DOWNTOWN
