Food Truck Information

All food trucks must have their insurance papers turned into the park no later than 3 weeks prior to each event you sign up for at the TN River Park on Amnicola hwy.  NO EXCEPTIONS

If you do not get this turned in and approved you will not be able to set up.  So turn this in before signing up and paying for your spot.  Here is a suggestion.  If you plan on doing more than one event with us then go ahead and have each event named, the dates of those events, and the location which is the river park.  See the other page for the required forms and for the contact person at the park to turn these in to.

please make sure that you have ALL of your paperwork with you the day of the show.  This includes : license, permits, inspection letter, fire inspections. You never know when these inspectors will show up.
