Food Truck Information

All Food vendors must have a liability insurance policy for each event. You must have the city of Chattanooga named as the additional insured. You can list each event on one policy just make sure you have the location, address, and name of the event on there. 
‘When signing up for an event please make sure to have this along with a copy of your health dept permit and a copy of your insurance policy for your food truck only sent to me at eventswithkimk@gmail.com  

ALSO , ALL FOOD VENDORS THAT USE A TRAILER OR A TRUCK WILL NEED TO PAY A $30 “METER “ PARKING FEE.  THIS INCLUDES FOOD CARTS  IF IT HAS WHEELS THEN IT CAN NOT GO ON THE GRASS  

FOR THE SUNFLOWER AND COLOR CRUISE THAT FEE HAS BEEN ADDED TO YOUR BOOTH FEE. 

THE HERITAGE PARK MARKETS AND WALKER CO EVENTS THERE IS NO PARKING FEE. 

If you have a personal vehicle you will need to park in the lot next to the venue and there is a $6 all day fee there also. This includes your vehicle that your tow your trailer with.  This fee is not included in your booth price 

NO FOOD TRUCKS ARE ALLOWED ON THE GRASS AREA AT ANY VENUE. 
If you have a tent then those can be placed on the grass with no $30 fee so you would need to purchase a “Food Tent/Canopy “Booth.
